- 送信先:Google LLC(Google 広告)
6. Cookie
← Atoshirube
Privacy notice
Established November 2026 · Updated November 4, 2026 (confirmation email and the Google Ads tag)
Atoshirube (“the Service”) is a service in preparation. We collect the following information for pre-registration and demand research.
1. Information we collect
- Your email address (if you register)
- The plan you chose, and whether you want to reserve a founding-member spot
- Categories of your checklist answers (for example, whether they received a pension, whether there is real estate, the number of heirs) and a band for how long ago the death occurred. We do not collect the name of the person who died, the date of death, account numbers, images of documents or similar.
- Page activity (views, scrolling, button clicks) and where you came from (ad click IDs [gclid, gbraid, wbraid], UTM parameters, referring URL)
- When a confirmation email was sent, whether it was confirmed or deleted, and the language of the page you registered on
2. Purposes
To contact you about early access, to research demand for and design the Service, and to prevent fraudulent submissions.
3. Sharing with third parties
Except where required by law, we do not share your information with third parties without your consent. If we later offer introductions to professionals such as judicial scriveners or tax accountants, we will ask for your consent again, and only when you want to make a request.
4. Confirmation email
When you register your email address, we send one email to check that it’s yours. Opening the link in it and pressing the button on that page marks the address as “confirmed” (the link is valid for 7 days). Until then it is treated as “unconfirmed” and we send no other emails to it. If the same address is registered again, we resend the confirmation, at most once every 10 minutes. The confirmation email contains no advertising. Its deletion link opens a page where one button deletes your email address. We may use an outside email delivery provider, which receives the address and the message so it can deliver it.
5. Data sent to third parties (Google Ads tag)
To measure how our ads perform, we use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) provided by Google LLC. Through it, your browser sends the following to Google LLC (notice under the external-transmission rules of Japan’s Telecommunications Business Act).
- Recipient: Google LLC (Google Ads)
- Data sent: the URL of the page you view and the referrer, ad click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), cookie and similar identifiers (e.g. _gcl_aw, _gcl_au, _gcl_gb, and cookies on Google domains), IP address, browser and device information, time of the visit, and the fact that a pre-registration or email confirmation was completed (a conversion)
- Purpose: to measure which ads led to pre-registrations and email confirmations, and to adjust ad delivery. The tag is set not to be used for ad personalization (remarketing).
- Not sent: your email address and your checklist answers
- How Google uses it: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, Google Privacy Policy
- How to opt out: change your ad settings in Google My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Cookies and storage on your device
This site itself does not use cookies (apart from the Google Ads tag above). Your browser’s session storage temporarily keeps an ID, where you came from (ad click IDs, UTM parameters) and the email address you registered; these are cleared when you close the tab. Your language choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. The checklist is built on your device.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep the information under appropriate security measures and delete it when the demand research ends or when you ask us to. You can also delete it yourself with the link in the confirmation email.
8. Contact
For requests to disclose, correct or delete your information, contact . (Operator: )
